Spring Dinner 2010

There are no upcoming events currently scheduled.

FDMCGNY Continuing Education Seminars

Our popular continuing education series, free to members, comprises 9 or 10 three-hour programs each year, covering the enormous breadth of topics related to process, theory and substantive law that divorce mediators need to know.  Such programs include:  Mediating spousal support issues; the psychology of divorce; recent developments in negotiation theory; domestic violence protocols for private practice mediators; working with consulting and review attorneys; and mediating equitable distribution of professional practices, licenses and enhanced earnings.  Presenters have included such notables in our field as Robert Baruch Bush, Steve Abel, Bob Collins, and many others.

Our CE programs qualify for continuing education credits for the Association for Conflict Resolution and the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation, as well as New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.

CE programs take place in midtown Manhattan.  Please see "Upcoming Events" under "Resources" for a list of CE and other FDMCGNY programs.
